- Nature of Service
The Consultant (Schengen Migration Documents Clearing LLC) assists with job and migration-related documentation only.
Final decision on job or visa approval lies entirely with the relevant authorities of the destination country.
- Non-Withdrawal Clause
Once the process begins, the client cannot withdraw their file as significant resources are already utilized.
- Consultant’s Responsibilities
Document Handling: Submit client documents to relevant authorities.
Application Support: Assist in job application and documentation process.
Updates: Provide regular progress updates.
Recruitment Assistance: Help with updates during recruitment.
- Client’s Obligations
Must provide accurate and complete information.
Submit all requested documents on time.
Maintain timely communication and updated contact details.
Adhere strictly to payment schedule, failure may result in termination without refund.
- Payment Schedule
Total Fee: Depend upon the package given
1st Installment: On Registration (non-refundable).
2nd Installment: After Job Offer (non-refundable).
3rd Installment: Upon documentation completion.
💡 All payments are non-refundable once each stage is reached.
- Termination Clause
The Consultant may terminate the agreement without refund if:
Client fails to submit documents within 45 days.
Client misses payments or withdraws voluntarily.
Client’s actions damage the Consultant’s reputation.
- Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only if:
No job offer is received within 90 working days.
A written cancellation request is submitted.
Refund processed after 180 days from the cancellation request.
Client must have made full and timely payments.
❌ No refunds for incorrect documents or misconduct provided by the client.
- Confidentiality
All client information will be kept confidential, unless required by law.
- Force Majeure
Consultant not liable for delays caused by uncontrollable events (e.g., natural disasters, government actions).
