Client Payment Acknowledgment

By proceeding with any payment to Schengen Migration Documents Clearing LLC, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:

Purpose of Payment
All payments made to Schengen Migration Documents Clearing LLC are for consultation, documentation, and professional service fees related to job placement and migration documentation assistance.

Non-Refundable Payments

The first installment (AED 3,000) paid upon signing the agreement is non-refundable.

Subsequent payments become non-refundable once the corresponding service stage is completed (e.g., Job Offer issuance, documentation submission).

No Guarantee of Visa or Employment
The Consultant facilitates documentation and application support only.
The final approval of employment or visa lies solely with the respective government or embassy authorities.

Payment Reference
Each client payment must be made using the official invoice number provided by Schengen Migration Documents Clearing LLC.
This ensures correct tracking of services and eligibility for refund (if applicable under terms).

Refund Policy
Refunds (if applicable) are subject to the conditions outlined in the signed service agreement:

Only considered if no job offer is received within 90 working days.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing.

Refunds are processed after 180 days from the date of approved cancellation.
