Job Offer Not Received Within 90 Working Days: If the client does not receive a job offer within 90 working days from the initiation of their application, they may be eligible to request a refund. To initiate this process, the client must submit a formal written request for a refund. This request must be submitted promptly, as verbal requests or late submissions will not be considered valid.

Refund Processing Timeline: Once a written refund request has been received and confirmed, the refund will be processed after a period of 180 days from the date of the cancellation notice. This timeframe is in place to ensure that all necessary internal reviews and verifications are conducted before the refund is issued.

2. Payment Requirements for Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered for clients who have fulfilled their financial obligations in full. This means that all installment payments must have been made according to the agreed-upon schedule outlined in the client’s contract. Any client who has missed payments, delayed payments, or failed to pay the full amount as required will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Exclusions and Non-Refundable Situations

There are several scenarios in which refunds will not be provided, including but not limited to:

Incorrect or Fraudulent Document Submissions: Clients are responsible for submitting accurate and authentic documents. If it is found that a client has submitted incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent information or documentation, they will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, this could result in the immediate termination of the client’s services without any reimbursement.

Actions Harmful to the Consultant’s Reputation: In the event that a client engages in behavior or actions that harm or negatively impact the reputation of Schengen Migration Visa Services, the client forfeits their right to any refunds. This includes any behavior that breaches the terms of the service agreement or violates professional conduct.

4. Other Important Considerations

It is important to note that refunds are processed on a case-by-case basis, and the decision to approve or deny a refund is made solely at the discretion of Schengen Migration Visa Services. Clients must adhere to all guidelines and submit the necessary documentation in a timely manner to be considered for a refund.
